GIFTED REFERRAL PROCESS: January 6th - January 20th, 2017
    During this time period, students may be referred to the school eligibility team for consideration by parents or other concerned individuals. Students may refer themselves. Please send your written referral to your child’s teacher. All referrals must be made no later than January 20th, 2017

     As part of the Teaching and Learning Department of the Bibb County School District, the Gifted/Advanced Academics office provides support to students, teachers and schools in the following areas: K-12 Gifted Services, Gifted Screening/Testing, Academic Competitions, local selection of Governor's Honors nominees, US Senate Youth Program, Robert Byrd Scholarship Program, International Baccalaureate Program, and the Advanced Placement Program. We will continue to add information and resources to this page in support of our mission to "provide a high quality education for all Bibb County students in a safe and comfortable environment, and to make use of all human and technological resources in preparing graduates for post-high school objectives."
