The Bibb County School District uses the Remind platform as a school communication tool for teachers, parents and administrators in all District schools.

For the Remind communication platform to function properly, it is important that your mobile phone number also be entered in the "Other" field in Parent Portal. Click the link below for more information.

Where do I go to login to the Infinite Campus Portal?
Click on the icon Parent Portal Login above.

How do I set up my account on the Campus Portal?
One Campus Portal account will access all student information within your household. To initially create your account username and password you will need a one-time Portal access key. You can find instructions on creating your account by clicking on the First Time User icon above. 
After you use this Portal access key to set up your initial Campus Portal account you will not need it again while your student is continuously enrolled in the Bibb County School District.

How do I get my Campus Portal access key?
Click on the icon Portal Activation Key at the top of this page. 

How do I change personal contact information through the Campus Portal?
Email address, phone numbers and emergency contact(s) may be added or revised through the Online Registration Update accessible through your Portal account. Revisions to addresses can only be made completing an Online Registration Update through your Parent Portal account and providing the supporting documents. Your address will be updated upon approval. 
Changes made via the Campus Portal are final after review by your student’s front office enrollment staff. However, you may update them at any time your information changes.  You will receive a confirmation message in your Portal Inbox after they have been completed. 
The video Parent Portal-User Guidance Information includes step-by-step instructions on how parents can make revisions to personal contact information. Updates to personal information in Infinite Campus also carry over to update school Messenger, District phone callout and email systems.

Where do I get the mobile Campus Portal app?
In the Infinite Campus iTunes App Store, Google Play or the Amazon Appstore for Android. 

 

How do I set up the mobile Campus Portal app, and what devices are supported?

How can I get support for the Campus Portal?
If you are experiencing issues with your login or with viewing correct information within the Portal, please contact your student’s school, Campus Help at 478-765-8737, or CampusHelp@bcsdk12.net. 

If I prefer not to use Campus Portal, how can I ensure that my directory information (phone, email, etc.) is updated in Infinite Campus?
Please contact the school directly.  They will partner with you to ensure that the updated information is properly documented in Infinite Campus so that we can always ensure open communication.  You may be asked to report to the building to validate some changes so that we can verify the accuracy of the information being provided.
