Bibb Foothills Charter High School announced student enrollment beginning in January 2020. The charter school serves students in Bibb County, entering ninth through 12th grade.

Foothills Education Charter High School is a public charter school which offers students an opportunity to earn a diploma, in a non-traditional setting, at a Georgia Department of Education approved school. It is modeled after the Mountain Education Charter High School, which Foothills opened in August 2015, serving students in Baldwin, Barrow, Clarke, Jackson and Madison Counties and two state prisons (Arrendale and Burruss).

Students seeking a contemporary learning environment are encouraged to enroll in the free institution. Classes are held year-round in the afternoons and evenings.

Families who are ready to explore a Foothills education are invited to learn more at https://www.foothillsrhs.org/.
