Welcome to Parents & PBIS! All Parents and Guardians of Bibb County School District students are welcome to visit this site to receive information about the Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports framework and how it is being implemented throughout the District. There will also be tips for integrating PBIS into the home. All Bibb County Schools will have been trained in implementing the PBIS framework into their schools. PBIS is research-based, data-driven and aims to create a positive school climate by teaching, modeling and reinforcing positive behaviors.

The Bibb County School Districts PBIS department will be launching the "Be a S.T.A.R." campaign to re-enforce the District's focus on safety during the re-opening of schools. The "Be a S.T.A.R." campaign encourages and teaches students, staff, parents and community stakeholders the Districts safety expectations to:
Rinse and Wash your hands for 20 seconds
We encourage our students, staff and community partners to be a STAR when you enter any Bibb County School or District Office. We thank you for your partnership in helping us to keep our students and staff safe.
We will kick-off the "Be a S.T.A.R" by having a #BibbBeASTAR challenge on social media. We have challenged all the schools to create videos, flyers or pictures showing themselves being a S.T.A.R. The video or picture that receives the most likes, the schools PBIS Coach would win a prize!
Special Thanks to our community partner, Amerigroup for sponsoring prizes for our challenge winners!
