How to Archive Email in Microsoft Outlook 2013
This video is designed to help users learn how to archive email in Microsoft Outlook 2013. Because every user in the BCSD has a size limit on their mailbox, it will be necessary to archive emails regularly. Archiving preserves and extracts email messages and attachments. Archiving is necessary when a user wants to export all of their emails to a Personal Storage Table (PST) read-only file.

Helpful hints:
>Remember that a copy of your email is saved in your Sent folder so there is no need to cc: yourself.
>Emptying your "Deleted items" folder will free up mailbox space.
