School level Technology Fair Coordinator
Visit the Technology Fair website to familiarize yourself with the tech fair categories, grade level divisions and dates.
Check the website and your OneDrive shared folder frequently for updates.
Schedule/plan school based Technology Fair if needed.
Your school tech fair will need to be held by November 16, 2016.
Register first place winners in the online district registration form and turn in all required permission/release forms to the technology department by December 16, 2016.
Only first place winners will move on to the District Technology Fair to be held at Westside High School on February 4, 2017.

Email your Technology Specialist if you have any questions.
Communicate with parents, teachers and students to publicize and promote the tech fair.
Use the tech fair flyer provided on our website www.bcsdk12.net/techfair2017
Include information about the Technology Fair in newsletters, on the school web page, and other school media outlets.
Distribute, collect and turn in signed paperwork/consent forms by stated deadlines
Register first place winners of the school level Technology Fair in the BCSD Tech Fair using the online registration forms during the open registration window.
Make sure students are registered in the correct category/grade level – No Category changes will be made after the registration period ends.
Make transportation arrangements with students and parents. Technology Services will not provide transportation.
Attend the tech fair and provide supervision for students not accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Students must be present on the day of the Technology Fair in order to have their project judged.
Students will need to bring their own computer with the project loaded and a backup of the project.
